As soon as you redeem your points for travel, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details regarding your trip. You can also access your trip details from the RBC Rewards Travel redemption site. Here’s how:

Sign into the RBC Rewards Page.
On the left-hand side under RBC Rewards, select Travel Rewards.
After, click on Book Your Trip In the middle of the page, select Book Travel Online.
From there, select My Traveler Profile and you’ll be able to view your booking details.

If you’d like to print out your booking details, just follow the steps below:

Select the My Trips tab
Select the View button next to the trip.
On the Know Before You Go section, click on the Print this page link.

You can view and redeem your RBC Rewards points directly from RBC Online Banking.

To view your RBC Rewards points:

Sign into RBC Online Banking.
From the Accounts Summary tab, click on your Credit Card account and you will see your point balance under RBC Rewards at the top of the page.

To redeem your RBC Rewards points:

Sign into RBC Online Banking.
From the Account Summary page, click on the Credit Card account that you are accumulating points on.
From there, click on "RBC Rewards" and it’ll take you to the rewards site.
Select the item of your choice and add it to your shopping cart.
When you’re done shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the steps to complete the transaction

You can use your RBC Rewards points for purchases with Best Buy^‡ and Apple^‡ Online through the RBC online portal. Right now, there is no option to use your RBC Rewards points for any point of sale purchases at any other store.
