Legal Bug 1)

Offer available April 19, 2022 – June 30, 2022 (“Promotional Period”).
This Promotional Offer is available to any Eligible Student Client without a Personal Banking Account with Royal Bank of Canada at the beginning of the Promotional Period or in the three-year period before the start of the Promotional Period, and who otherwise complies with the terms of the offer.
The Promotional Offer is a one-time use, non-transferable Live Nation $75 Concert Cash code (“Code”) redeemable until 11:59PM PST on April 30, 2023 and good toward $75-off the final ticket-purchase price for one or more select Live Nation produced and promoted concert(s) or event(s) in Canada ticketed on ticketmaster.ca/75rbc, based on availability. You will receive a unique Code if you have fulfilled all Qualifying Criteria and conditions of the Promotional Offer. Any unused portion of the value of the Code not used in your single transaction will be forfeited.
To qualify for the Code you must open your first new Eligible Personal Banking Account by 9:00 PM EST on June 30, 2022 and complete two of the following Qualifying Criteria by 9:00 PM EST on August 25, 2022 using your Eligible Personal Banking Account:

Transactions carried out at an RBC Royal Bank branch or through the RBC Royal Bank ATM network, and bank fee transactions, are not included as qualifying transactions.

• To claim the Code promotional offer, we will notify you by way of an email to the email address we have recorded in your client profile, when you have fulfilled the Qualifying Criteria and qualified to receive the code. This message will be sent at any time up to 8 weeks after all Qualifying Criteria have been completed. The message will contain a link to a webpage with instructions on how to obtain your unique Code through RBC Online Banking. This Promotional Offer is provided and administered by RBC. However, the Code and your use of the Code, as well as any ticket-purchase transaction through Live Nation or Ticketmaster that you make, are subject to additional terms and conditions from Live Nation and/or Ticketmaster, as further described below.
• Code use/redemption is subject to Live Nation’s Code Terms, available online at Live Nation Concert Cash Code Terms of Use.
• Subject to Live Nation’s Code Terms, Codes are redeemable only on the website located at ticketmaster.ca/75rbc
• Each Code is a one-time-use-only promotional code provided by Live Nation and good toward $75 off the final ticket-purchase price for one or more select Live Nation produced and promoted concert(s) or event(s) in Canada ticketed on ticketmaster.ca/75rbc, based on availability under the Concert Cash program.
• Codes cannot be used toward VIP Nation, TicketsNow or events not ticketed by Live Nation, fan clubs, ticket packages, gift cards, merchandise, credits or shipping charges. Additional exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster, events at AEG venues and tickets not sold directly by Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
• All ticket purchases are subject to the Live Nation Purchase Policy. Codes must be redeemed with an eligible ticket-purchase transaction by 11:59 PM PST on April 30, 2023. A Code can be used only once. A maximum of one (1) Code may be applied per ticket-purchase transaction. (For added clarity, a transaction may include the purchase of tickets to multiple eligible events, but the Code may only be use in one (1) such transaction.)
• Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Codes contain or are the result of a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other error(s), or do not contain proper security devices (each an “irregular Code”). Any attempt to obtain or generate multiple Codes and/or irregular Codes and/or to use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to obtain Codes, as determined by Live Nation in its sole discretion, shall give Live Nation and/or RBC the right to disqualify the user of any such Code, even if such user is an Eligible Client and has otherwise met the criteria of this Promotional Offer. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. Codes cannot be sold or bought and will be void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Any unused value will be forfeited. Codes cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Ticket(s) purchased with a Code may be for personal use or gifts only and are not valid for resale. Codes cannot be used for past purchases or offers. Use of a Code for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Codes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and Live Nation is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use of a Code.
• Codes are void where prohibited by law.
• If a Code is used in violation of these Terms, Live Nation reserves the right to (a) cancel any ticket order, or (b) charge user’s credit card for the value of tickets after shipment. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise.
• Live Nation Canada, Inc., not Royal Bank of Canada, is entirely responsible for the use/redemption of the Code.

When you enrol your eligible RBC personal bank account into the RBC Value Program, you will be eligible to earn RBC Rewards points within the RBC Rewards Program as an Eligible Personal Banking Client, and any such points earned will be deposited into the RBC Rewards account tied to your enrolled account. Purchases from your account refers to using your RBC Client Card to pay for items at a merchant or service provider with the amount electronically debited directly from your enrolled account or using your RBC Virtual Visa Debit for purchases online. RBC Rewards points are governed by the RBC Rewards Terms and Conditions Open in new window available on our website, or a copy may be provided to you by contacting us. Legal Bug 3)

The RBC Offers program is available to clients with an RBC Royal Bank (i) debit card tied to a personal or business chequing account, and/or (ii) personal or business credit card, other than an RBC Commercial Visa or RBC US Dollar Visa card.

Eligibility criteria for an RBC Offer: (a) is determined by RBC, (b) may vary depending on the offer, and (c) may be based on the client’s preferences and account status. Eligible clients will refer to the terms and conditions applicable to each specific RBC Offer for more details.

RBC Mobile is operated by Royal Bank of Canada, RBC Direct Investing Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. RBC Mobile Student Edition is intended for clients under the age of 22. RBC Online Banking is operated by Royal Bank of Canada.

Legal Bug 5)

The NOMI Find & Save Service will transfer funds from your designated source account to your NOMI Find & Save Account. The source account must be an eligible Royal Bank of Canada Canadian personal chequing account.

Legal Bug 6)

To be considered a full-time student, you must attend a primary or secondary school OR be enrolled in a program at the post-secondary level at a college, university or other educational institution (whether in Canada or not). If you are a post-secondary student, you must take at least 60% of the usual course load for the program in which you are enrolled in any particular semester. Proof of enrollment may be requested at our discretion.

RBC Advantage Banking for students allows eligible full-time students to receive a full waiver of the standard Monthly Fee applicable to our RBC Advantage Banking account. Please refer to the section labelled “Rebates and Discounts: RBC Advantage Banking for students” in the document entitled “Addendum to April 30, 2020 Personal Deposit Accounts Disclosures and Agreements”, which provides information specific to the RBC Advantage Banking account to supplement the information provided in the Personal Deposit Accounts Disclosures and Agreements document.

RBC Virtual Visa Debits, Third-party payment Debits, RBC Royal Bank loan payments, RBC Royal Bank mortgage payments, pre-authorized and self-serve RBC Royal Bank credit card payments and contributions to RBC investment accounts (such as GICs, Royal Mutual Funds, Registered Savings Plans, Registered Education Savings Plans, Registered Disability Savings Plans and Tax-Free Savings Accounts) from account are free of charge. All other Debit Transactions are counted as Debit Transactions towards the free monthly Debit Transactions included in the Account, and give rise to an Excess Debit Transaction Fee, if the total free monthly Debit Transactions are exceeded.

Legal Bug 9)

There is a limit of 999 free Interac e-Transfer Transactions per Month per Account; for every Interac e-Transfer Transaction over the limit, you will be charged $1.

Legal Bug 10)

Interac e-Transfer Transactions expire 30 days after they are sent and cannot be claimed by the recipient after this time. You have 15 days after the Interac e-Transfer Transaction is sent to cancel without charge. A $5 Interac e-Transfer Transaction Reclaim Fee is charged when a recipient does not accept it before it expires and the sender does not cancel the transaction before the 15-day cancellation period.

Debit transactions made using your Virtual Visa Debit Number do not count against any monthly transaction limits applicable to your personal deposit account. Other account fees may apply. Please see the RBC Royal Bank Disclosures and Agreements related to Personal Deposit Accounts booklet or other applicable account agreement for further details. You must request a Virtual Visa Debit card.

The TransUnion CreditView Dashboard is only available to existing RBC Online Banking clients who are age of majority in their province of residence. In order for you to access the CreditView Dashboard, we must share your name, address and date of birth with TransUnion each time you click on the "View Your Credit Score" link in Online Banking. In certain instances, TransUnion may not be able to locate a record matching your information and you will not be able to access your credit score in the TransUnion CreditView Dashboard. Should this happen, please contact us to verify your information. The CreditView Dashboard information is provided by TransUnion for educational purposes and is not intended to provide you with financial advice. We do not review or use CreditView Dashboard information, and CreditView Dashboard information cannot be interpreted as credit approval. As such, Royal Bank of Canada is not liable for any decision you make based on CreditView Dashboard information.

Legal Bug 15)

RBC student clients with an RBC Advantage Banking account, (or the grandfathered RBC Student Banking and/or the RBC No Limit Banking for Students account) who have an RBC Direct Investing account are eligible to receive a waiver of the RBC Direct Investing account quarterly maintenance fee (the “Fee Waiver”). The Fee Waiver will apply: i) while the client is an RBC student client; and ii) for five years after the student completes their studies, as long as any personal deposit account is maintained with RBC. In the case of RBC Direct Investing joint accounts, the Fee Waiver will be allowed for the younger of the joint account holders only.

Legal Bug 16)

Your RBC Virtual Visa Debit is associated with your primary chequing account. This is the account you access with your RBC Royal Bank Client Card when you select the "Chequing" option on a merchant payment terminal or at an automated teller machine. RBC Virtual Visa Debit is not available to business clients.
